Palisade Romantic Restaurant in Seattle, WA

My husband proposed at Seattle's Palisade waterfront romantic restaurant years ago. We celebrate our anniversary there every year because the view is spectacular, the food is consistently excellent (the crab cakes are the best in town) and the service is always warm and gracious. The servers are truly top notch. Their tagline is 'where Seattle celebrates' and it's really true.


From my parents 50th wedding anniverary dinner to a special night with our seven year old, they have it covered. What I appreciate is that they have a computerized reservation system that keeps notes on customers - so when we walk in the door they know us and know what we prefer (table by the window, that he proposed there, etc). This helps when planning for someone else, like the newlyweds whom we gave a Palisade gift certificate to for dinner. When the groom called to make his reservation, they pulled up his name and saw the special instructions we had left for them to make their dinner extra special - whenever they came in.


I enjoy that on our anniversary, they always scatter the table with scented rose petals - it's a lovely thing to set the mood. My highest recommendations!
