Romantic Estes Park Getaways - Dripping Springs Resort

by Kari B.
(Westminster, CO )

This romantic getaway is on the outskirts of Estes Park, Colorado. It has about a dozen rustic cabins of varying sizes/capacities, each different than the last, and all no less than 20 feet off of the Big Thompson River. It's tucked away in a quiet, secluded spot and is so peaceful.

My husband and I got engaged while staying there three years ago and stayed there again for our honeymoon. Each cabin has a bedside journal in which guests can write about their visits from the local wildlife or soaking in the private hot tubs (each cabin has its own hot tub and BBQ grill with a full kitchen).

Reservations can be made online at http://www.drippingsprings.com/ or by phone by calling Toll-Free: 866-459-7687 or Direct: 970-586-3406. The website has great photos of each cabin, and they offer discounts for return guests. We highly recommend it!

Not Bad
by: Deb T.

First of all this B&B resort is VERY quiet and peaceful, the place to be in Colorado for seclusion and relaxation. However I found the rooms a tad on the small side.

Other than that, the hosts are top notch and the breakfasts were first-rate. We also had a hot tub on our deck of the cabin and that was lovely.
