What are Los Angeles’ best restaurants for romantic dining? Here’s some food for thought…
Yamashiro
An unique and tempting blend of Japanese and Californian dishes (“CalAsian” cuisine) served in an elegant replica of a hillside Japanese palace. The views out over the city are outstanding, so try your best to reserve a window table. 1999 N Sycamore Ave, Los Angeles, CA (323)466-5125
Asia de Cuba
A good example of adventurous southern California “fusion” cuisine. Located in the Mondrian Hotel, with nice views of Hollywood. Thai, Asian, American and Cuban flavorings on an extensive selection of steaks, seafood and salads. Some of the dressings, spices and chili oils will give your taste buds a delightful workout! 8440 W Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA (323)848-6000
Sprazzo
Not just romantic, but Sprazzo has also been called one of the best Los Angeles restaurants going. Terrific Italian dishes, including fresh seafood, and the house specialty, gnocchi. 1389 Westwood

Off Vine
For those looking for chicken, pasta and fish in the more traditional comfort food style, like you’ll love this quaint little Hollywood eatery. A former arts and crafts house from the early 1900’s, Off Vine adds a few romantic touches like a fireplace and a patio. 6263 Leland Way, Hollywood (323)962-1900
26 Beach Café
No review of romantic restaurants in Los Angeles would be complete without mentioning a classic American burger place! Great location on Venice beach, where you can relax on the patio, enjoy a hamburger (even with sprouts if you like!), wash it down with an iced tea, feel the Pacific breeze, and watch the world of Venice beach stroll by. 3100 Washington Blvd, Venice, CA (310)823-7526
Woo Lae Oak
This original Woo Lae Oak location in Koreatown has been called the best Korean restaurant in Los Angeles. Try the bul-gogi, which is marinated beef you barbecue right at your table! Can get a bit noisy at dinner hours, but the experience is memorable. If you like it hot, try the kimchee (pickled vegetable). 623 South Western Avenue, Los Angeles, CA (213)384-2244
