Maureen and I were fortunate enough to spend 2 nights at a spa getaway on Saltspring Island (Salt Springs Spa Resort, listed below). This Gulf Island spa is a relaxing, secluded getaway, and they offered some discount spa packages.

No phones, no TV’s, and no loud parties here. The serenity, especially at night, was unforgettable – fireplace crackling in our A-Frame cottage, and no sounds outside except the gentle tide and the crickets in the distance.
